In the light of the recent news regarding the CJEU decision in the Planet 49 case and the fine imposed to Vueling Airlines by the Spanish DPA  I am sharing my thoughts on the complex topic of cookies and especially Google analytics cookies in the light of GDPR and ePrivacy Directive.
